If your application for registration is not approved, or it is approved with one or more limitations/conditions, you have the option to submit a written appeal of the Registrar’s decision to the Board of Directors. The appeal must specify the reasons for the appeal and be submitted within 30 days after you receive notice of the Registrar’s decision.
