Important Information about the Applicant/Member Portal.

The College is currently transitioning to a new database provider.  During this transition, the member portal is unavailable.

A PDF of members’ Continuing Competence Program (CCP) Log (all activities previously entered in the old system) was sent on August 27/18 to members’ primary email address on file from  The latest registration fee receipt was also emailed at the end of August.

During the transition, the College has developed a fillable tracking form that may be used to track CCP hours completed.  To download the tracking form, please click here:

All activities entered in the previous member portal will automatically be imported to the new portal.  At renewal in February 2019, members will be able to enter any new hours into the new system.

Registration applicants may contact the College directly to inquire about the status of their application.

All members will be informed by email when the new member portal has launched.
