Corporations are required to be registered if the corporation name includes the words “social worker(s)”, “registered social worker(s)”, or the initials “SW” or “RSW.”

All fees are non-refundable
Corporations are required to be registered as per the Social Work Professions Act 19(1)(b) if the name of the corporation includes the words “social worker”, “social workers”, “registered social worker” or “registered social workers” or the initials “S.W.” or “R.S.W.”.

Evaluation Process
Once all documents have been received, the estimated review period is 3 to 6 weeks. Notice of decision will be sent by email.
