Manager of Advocacy and Engagement

The Manager, Advocacy & Engagement helps bring the College’s commitments to life—advancing reconciliation, cultural safety, equity, and social justice while building meaningful relationships with members and communities. This role shapes thoughtful advocacy, inclusive engagement initiatives, and culturally grounded communications and learning opportunities.
In accordance with the MCSW Strategic Plan, this position is designated for Indigenous candidates as part of our commitment to strengthening Indigenous representation in social work leadership and regulation. Applicants are invited to self-identify.

Manager of Regulatory Practice

The Manager of Regulatory Practice will oversee the College’s core regulatory responsibilities and ensure the effective implementation of MCSW’s legislated mandate. This leadership role guides the operations of complaints and investigations, discipline, practice audits, and selected areas of the Continuing Competence program.
