Discipline decisions are findings of the College’s Inquiry Committee according to section 51 of the Social Work Profession Act. These decisions inform the public about the results of the discipline hearings.

Notice of Censures
A censure is a formal written warning used to address misconduct. It is given with the member’s agreement when there is enough evidence showing that the member likely committed an offense that could lead to professional discipline, and the public is considered sufficiently protected by the censure.
